Design and delivery of the ECOWAS sub-regional webinar series on supply-side regulation for electric mobility, reaching 51 stakeholders across 9 countries.

The webinar series was designed and delivered to carry Ghana’s supply-side regulatory work outward, reaching 51 stakeholders across 9 ECOWAS countries. Vehicle import markets in West Africa are interconnected, so a standard set in one country changes the flow into its neighbours whether or not they participated in setting it.

The series turned a national instrument into a regional policy conversation, and served as the dissemination arm of the UNEP and ClimateWorks zero-emission vehicle supply-side regulation programme.
