As Conference Manager the role covered planning and delivery for over 500 registered young leaders, civil society groups and policymakers — a convening whose scale is the point, because the legitimacy of a national youth statement depends on how many people it genuinely passed through.
The convening connects to the Ghana Youth Climate Action Roadmap (GYCAR) 2025–2030 and the National Youth Climate Statement, both of which sit in the policy and technical report record.
