Environmental analysis and communication strategy for climate-smart agriculture planning at farm and district level, feeding Ghana’s solar irrigation investment plan.
The post integrated environmental analysis into agricultural planning, strengthening the sustainability of project interventions at farm and district level — the two scales at which climate-smart agriculture either works or is a slogan.
The communications half designed strategies and content that raised project visibility and carried findings into community outreach, so that the analysis reached the farming communities it described rather than only the agencies that commissioned it.
Work with stakeholders and farming communities ensured environmental concerns were reflected in project design, and the engagement contributed to the Investment Plan for Financing Solar-Powered Irrigation in Ghana (2025).
